Chrystle brings a legacy of real estate expertise that spans two generations, combining deep industry knowledge with a commitment to excellence. Originally from Zimbabwe, Chrystle grew up in a town similar to Mackay and feels fortunate to have called this stunning part of the world home for the past 15 years. Before settling in Mackay to be closer to family, she spent several years in Portugal with her husband, and is fluent in both English and Portuguese.

A passionate animal lover, Chrystle and her family live on a 90-acre horse stud, which her husband manages. 

Driven by a genuine passion for her work, Chrystle is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients. Her approachable nature and exceptional customer service are at the heart of her success. To ensure each client receives the focus and attention they deserve, Chrystle & Co limit their active listings to no more than 8 properties at a time, allowing her and her team to provide unparalleled service. 

When she’s not working, Chrystle enjoys spending time in the countryside, whether that’s reading a good book, riding her horse, or walking her dogs.

A bit about Sarah ...

With 15 years of Real Estate experience, Sarah’s career began right out of school, where she started in Reception and further grew into roles in Property Management and Sales Administration. Her diverse background gives her a comprehensive understanding of the industry, making her an invaluable asset to the Chrystle & Co Property team. 

As Operations Coordinator, Sarah ensures the daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. She has a passion for organisation, an impeccable eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Growing up in a small town in regional NSW, Sarah learned the importance of building genuine, trusting connections with clients, a value she carries with her everyday. 


In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her partner and two beautiful kids, often out on the boat fishing, camping, or working on home improvement projects.

Mel is our dedicated Sales Associate, bringing 4 years of experience in the Real Estate industry to our Chrystle & Co Property team. Her passion for real estate stems from her lifelong interest in the diversity of homes, the families that make them their own and the investment potential they hold. Mel finds immense fulfillment in helping clients find their ideal home or investment property.
